Opaque corn milk yellow with a white foam head that leaves the most amazing curtains on the glass, which feature an array of tiny little circular holes as if intentionally designed like a doily.

However, taste takes a dive, delivering an odd, chalky bitterness with no discernible juiciness. It's not piney, but still sort of resinous, nearing aspirin, but just super chewy, cottony dry, While lightly woody, there's a touch of mildly redeeming white grape skin.

 

 

 

 

Very solid NEIPA, smooth, hop forward, low bitter, excellent mouth feel and it comes from a super cool little brewery in Nola.
