$11.99 USD (plus tax) per 4-pack at a grocer in River Ridge, Louisiana.
4.5% ABV. "Brewed with Heirloom German Malt, German Hops & Bavarian Lager Yeast." "German Style Helles Lager."
A decent American attempt at the style, but a bit overhopped and not ultimately very memorable despite being generally well balanced and not suffering from any faults.
Has a honeyed Munich malt sweetness and a blip of floral hop flavour. Neither spicy nor grassy...lacks adequate Noble hop flavour.
$3 per pint is more than you'd pay for any top tier Munich Helles Lager in Germany.

Appearance: Pours a brilliant, yellow body with a smallish, bubbly, white head.
Smell: Just the merest whiff of sweet barley edged by a little crunchy grains. Again, it's really, really mild.
Taste: Slightly sweet, slightly grainy. You wait for some underlying hop character, maybe just a touch of bitterness, but it never comes. As such, it ends with its same initial sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-light carbonation.
Overall: Just a tad lacking.
