Foggy dark maize with a dense khaki head settling to a thick creamy collar clinging in high mounds.
Smell seems more intense than taste, with lots of barrel that makes it seem like it will be way more sour than taste turns out to be, which is more mellow and smooth.
The medium body actually tamps the nose's acidity with a touch of buttery biscuit accented by a uniquely intriguing green hop spritz that's more like yellow apple and pear. As it warms it becomes a little woody with a light white oak, finishing paper dry.
