16oz. can served in a Spiegelau Pilsner glass. Pours a pale yellow, with a slight haze to the clarity and a tight, two inch, bright white head. Copious tiny bubbles are present effervescing in-solution. Nose is clean - hints of grass with a spritz of lemon. Taste consistent with nose with the addition of pillowy malts and a kiss of some medicinal notes at the finish. Mouthfeel is light on body with a carbonation shy of lively. Overall, a wonderful Pils. Probably my favorite Shaidzon beer to date.
