The “Pils Around the World” Series gets its newest variation with a Canadian take. This batch is named for our owner Josh’s dad who had the nickname from his brothers due to his red hair and their French Canadian ancestry. This beer is dry hopped with Barbe Rouge hops for a subtle red ripe fruit character over the light and crisp pilsner base.
