First and foremost, This place has amazing beer. I lived in Toronto for over 10 years and didn't find variety and quality like you can find at this place.
The atmosphere is calm and the boom classic rock at a reasonable level. Even if you don't like Rock it kind of lends it's self to the beer, branding and mood of the whole place.
They do serve food, but the whole place is a "get it yourself" so you wont get table service unless it's slow.
But that doesn't matter cause the beer is great and everyone is friendly. You can usually catch the brew master in between batches to ask questions. Very cool.
Worth a stop on the 401 if you're driving by.
