Pale golden color, maybe the least color I’ve seen in a beer. Small head. Bready/grainy aroma. Flavor is grain/wheat dominated with hints of sourness. Advertised as a “skyr sour with pistachios”. I guess there’s hints of milky sour. Not getting pistachios Some lemon cookie sweetness with mild sour.
