I had the good opportunity to visit Továrna again in Slany and try some of their beers.
This time an unfiltered bohemian pilsener was the first I started with - and perhaps I expected something similar to the lezák you can find in many of the small breweries in Prague, very smooth and nice pilseners but this one was a bit more bitter and drier than expected! Rather the mid- and aftertaste felt dry but perhaps it is a trademark of Saaz hops?
It was very good though with matching carbonation and went down very quickly. Could have been a bit more on the Krakonos side too...
