Before this visit I had really enjoyed several beers from this brewery that were purchased at my local store, so a visit here was a major reason for my trip to the U.P. The brewery is located at the SW edge of town on a quiet street not far from US-41. The building looks like it was formerly a 'lodge' style restaurant with dark wood logs and trim throughout. A small bar has seating for 10, and there are a modest number of tables/chairs. A large side room with three walls lined with stacked barrels appeared to be set up as a party room, but it likely can be used for overflow on busy nights. There is also a mezzanine area with more seating. A couple of outdoor areas at the front of the building also had some seating. Service was from the bar. The vibe was good for me, but you have to like a 'lodge' surrounding. The place is very noisy and that detracted from our experience.
There were 6 beers on tap, plus they were offering 10 beers and a cider in bottles or cans. An in-house wine was also available. We ordered sampler-sized glasses of the 6 beers on tap in an attempt to evaluate the entire line-up. The overall beer list varies so much that our evaluation may not be a fair assumption for an overall score, but it's the best we can do without future visits (which we'll do when we're in town again). I initially scored all 6 beers above 4.0 but a couple of them were revised after the beers warmed up. However, the overall score came out to be just under 4.25. The most notable was the Spooky Kriek, but I also really enjoyed the Premier Noir Oude Bruin.
No food is served here, but a taco food truck was there on a Friday evening, so looking to see if there is a schedule is an option to investigate if planning a trip here and want food. Bottles and cans are available for beer to-go.

The cutest (French country), most homey brewery I visited in Marquette. Beer varieties fairly limited, but of high quality (farmhouse style beers: barrel aged/bottle-conditioned saison, wheat, wild ales). Beer available on tap, in bottles and in the growler you bring. Nick the owner could not have been more welcoming and accommodating.

Great place to enjoy some really good Belgian/Farmhouse inspired ales!
