12oz can purchased at Callsign. Poured out a crystal clear, golden color with a small, white head of fizzy foam. It left sudsy lace on the glass. It smelled of bread crust, caramel and toffee. Sweet caramel taste with a touch of citrus and a light bitterness.

Canned on 03/02/23
Purchased at Hy-Vee in Kansas City and consumed at home near Chicago
A-poured 4/29/23 into tulip glass, crystal clear Champale gold with inch thick head of broad bubbles the color and consistency of lightly beaten egg whites quickly faded into a thin but persistent ring.
S- springtime prairie of green grass and sundry wildflowers
T- green grass, metallic Pilsy hop bite then herbal hops in finish nicely mute a modest toasted cereal sweetness, subtle bright fruity finish
M-medium light texture coats palate and lingeringly fades in drying fashion
O/D- very nice ale, light and gentle enough to be enjoyed by most macroPils dudes but complex and distinctive enough for my adventurous palate. Look forward to trying again on tap next time in KC!
