Pours yellow with a light fog. Head is two fingers of white foam. Aroma is wheat and grass. Mild crackers and bread add some depth to an otherwise mild, slightly-sweet leaning aroma. Flavor profile is wheat, crackers, bread, and mild toffee. Hops are grassy and faint spicy hops. Like aroma in that it's mild with a slight lean towards sweetness. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. Texture is pretty flat and airy - not crisp. Overall, drinks more like an old school classic. Not overly frilly.
