Poured from a can. Golden in color with a descent sized head and some lacing. Smells of clove, biscuit and hints of banana. Flavors of bread, malt, clove, banana and a slight nuttiness. This is very good, first beer from this brewery and this makes me excited to try others.

Light copper/gold color with a modest white head.
The aroma is biscuits, cloves, bananas with some grassy notes.
The taste is cloves, biscuits/yeast and bananas offset by a hops mix that starts out grassy but finishes somewhat floral for a very nice balance, moderate but significant bitterness.
The body is medium, good level of carbonation, fairly smooth and very drinkable.
Altogether, this is a very tasty and refreshing brew. The balance between malts, yeast and hops is very nice. well done.

On draft at Callsign Brewing. Poured a clear, dark burgundy color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of toffee, caramel, roasted malt and some coffee. Sweet toffee and caramel taste with a nice, roasted malt backbone.

Pours a copper-gold color with a foggy translucency. Head is a finger of white foam. Aroma is fruity yeast, with clove, banana, and grassy, herbal hops. For the hops, there is a little more of the latter than the former. Biscuity, bready, and nutty malts bring the aroma some balance. Flavor profile is clove, banana, bread, red apple, and grassy, zesty, herbal hops. The initial sweetness mellows out near the mid-point, with lingering sticky hops and yeast afterwards. Mouth feel is medium-thick with a frothy texture to start. Texture smooths out to the finish. Overall, a standard Maibock, but leans a little too hard into sweetness.
