Look:
Hazy straw yellow. Moderate creamy fine head that calms to thin layer. Surprisingly good lacing for such weak head.
Sniff:
Sourdough bread, slight fruit and hop.
Sip:
Clean grainy/rice-y flavor, a bit of bread and biscuit. Some New Zealand hops?
Swish:
Light bodied, very cool and refreshing, CO2 is spot-on and no off-feels
Think:
Methinks this is a worthy and tasty local light lager.
