This Italian pilsner is brewed with small-lot Italian grown barley, and hopped with fresh German Mittelfrüh hops. Fermented ice cold with our house yeast for a clean profile, and dry hopped with Czech Kazbek for a floral, citrus-y aroma. The bocce court was cut from wafers. The sand was switched for green tea leaves. We threw lemons toward the pallino. And the marigolds kept guard through the night.

16oz can, adhesive label. No dating information found.
Partly cloudy, pale gold colored body. Some foam oozes out of the can when opened. Thick white foam head. Leaves behind short lacing strings.
Aroma of toasty malts and floral hops.
Taste has a toasted malt base and fruity expressions from hops and yeast. Flavors of lemon and green apple. Woody and earthy at the end. Low bitterness level.
Medium mouthfeel. Smooth and clean finish. Higher carbonation level.
Crisp and fruity.

These folks are knocking it out of the park...out of the park I tell you...
Beautiful Italian pilsner....it's crisp and bright....beautifully malted to tame the sharp bite of hops... I had on tap and brought some to my hotel as well in cans....the can art is just ridiculous...best I've ever seen....it's as good as the beer is which is saying a lot...
Just a pleasure to drink and definitely the best brewery in Tulsa hands down....
If you are ever in Tulsa, you have to make it here. They have a food truck Fri-Sun but I didn't get a chance to try it out?
Highly recommended beer and brewery...
