A collaboration with Ebb and Flow Fermentations and the Facebook group - Saison, Bière de Garde, and Farmhouse ale appreciation society. This recipe was brewed by several other breweries all over the world and is meant to imitate the French beers drank by farmhands long ago. Ours was brewed with Oklahoma barley that was boiled for an entire afternoon, French hops, and fermented with a host of organisms from the Ozark foothills in French oak barrels from Brittan Vineyards.
