really nice one from these guys, a little bit sweet, but the pineapple flavor is forward and authentic, and both my lady and i really liked it. im not sure the ipa parts of it come through as much as in the other hoppy ghost pixel beers i have had this week, but i liked it just the same. pale yellow in color, hazy but bright, tall and airy headed with a distinctive canned pineapple juice aroma to it and some complimentary and equally juicy hops. lots of pineapple in the taste, half fresh tasting and half like the canned rings, both of which i like in real life, and both of which i like in this beer. sweet at first but it doesnt finish that way, balanced nicely by the hops even though they seem kind of mild to me for an ipa. smooth feel, must be some wheat in here, or oats, something with some body. flavor lingers and its delicious, a light candied vibe to it, super fresh, and very well carbonated too. i liked all of the ghost pixel beers i had at the freetail breweries this week, they are brewing up some really cool stuff!
