A - Pours the classic Hoegaarden colour )maybe a bit more translucent) with the large White head that retains and laces.
S - Plenty of citrus and ginger on the nose with and earthy almost seaweed like aroma. Quite pronounced
T - Much like the nose but the finish is earthy
M - A bit too spritzy for me. The mouthfeel is light.
O - An interesting take on a Wit beer that is quite removed from the classic Hoegaarden. It’s a little too spritzy on the carbonation and too gingery in flavor for my liking.
