Served on tap at the brewpub.
Appearance: Murky darkish yellow topped by a small frothy cap of white foam. Head recedes to a ring of bubbles. No lacing.
Smell: Clove and citrusy aromas are strong, as is a wheaty and bready aroma. Very spicy.
Taste: Mildly tart and clovey. Slightly metallic/minerally tang. Wheat malts and a prominent yeasty character are also evident.
Mouthfeel: Rather light, but leaning towards medium, in body. Mildly spritzy carbonation.
Drinkabilility: A pretty flavorful Am Wheat. Sessionable if you are into the style.
