Body was a brownish amber color with a small tan foam cap. No lacing was left on the glass even with some hard swirls to get the head stirred up. Aroma is lightly spicy with a good dose of sweet fruits. There was a bit of sugar and caramel to the scent as well, but it wasnt overly sweet. Taste was similar being dominated by the fruit sweetness over a spicy back drop. The finish left a lingering sweet spiciness. Pretty balanced overall it keeps the sweetness in check. Mouthfeel was about medium maybe a little light but it seemed to fit the brew well. Creamy and smooth going down, this was a very easy drinker. This went great with my omelet during brunch. I will definitely be putting more of this down next time I return.
