Billed as a "DunkelHefeWeizenBock" on the menu, the black as the ace of spades beer arrives with a skim coat of medium bubbles that left moderate lacing. There may have been some carbonation streams present, but I couldn't see them. The smell is fruity with cloves, bananas and wheat notes. The medium bodied beer has a relatively light mouthfeel and is filled with those same clove and banana notes. There is a minimal hop bite, more of a nip, in the finish. Almost no carbonation on the tongue. Nice and drinkable.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
