??CREAM?? First of two releases is the next in our series of imperial pastry blonde ales. This one settled out at 10.25% and has loads of vanilla creaminess with a touch of caramel.

On tap at the brewery. Pours light yellow with an off-white head. Aroma and flavor feature tons of vanilla ice cream, caramel, and some booze. Like a boozy cream soda, but in a good way. Probably doesn't have to be 10.25% abv, but the alcohol is fairly well-integrated. Impressive.
