Pours a clear amber with lots of fine-grained foam. Aromatic with a cornucopia of hops, fruity resiny, and leafy. Brewed with Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops, and dry-hopped with Galaxy, Simcoe, and Strata. Flavors of mango, lime peel, and a dose of grapefruit. Tangy edge to go with that mellow malt and dose of sweetness.
This is the Third Anniversary beer for Northern Pine. This is my favorite of their beers so far. Smooth, rich, and aromatic but still has that hoppy bite they seem to like. From the 16 oz can purchased from Blind Lady Alehouse.
