For this Pale Ale, we hopped entirely with Huell Melon hops giving vivid impressions of summer melon and ripe strawberry bouquet. This beer has also been dry hopped, a technique used to add even more hop aroma.

Hazy light copper with a large, loose head. Sweet malt nose, almost chocolatey, hints of light melon. Light-medium malt body. Some crispness but quite delicate overall. Hop presence is mostly an earthiness on finish.

Clear pale amber moderate hopping over gentle malt sweetness. Pleasant.
