Pacaya Pilsner

Pacaya is an active volcano in Guatemala. We started this beer by brewing a traditional Bohemian-style pilsner. We then partnered with a local pepper farmer who curated a custom ghost pepper blend using several different varieties. We infuse the peppers into the pilsner, which creates a heat that builds with every sip. This beer has aromas and flavors of citrus, pepper, and smoke with underlying notes of a crisp pilsner.
