Rouge de Champ is a barrel fermented Saison co-fermented with local El Dorado Cabernet Sauvignon RoseĢ juice. We aged this beer in barrel for six months with Brettanomyces to give it a subtle and balanced funk. This beer has notes of cherry, raspberry, pecan, and honey.
