We took our first batch of Le Champ Saison and put it into a Vineyard 29 Pinot Noir Puncheon (a 130 gal wine barrel) and aged it for one year. The result of our 1 Year Barrel-Aged Le Champ is a deep amber hue with notes of caramel, vanilla, coconut, and a hint of funk.
