A very well made Schwarzbier black lager. Full flavor and mouthfeel. Rich coffee (not too strong) and dark chocolate, nice and malty, and a good balance of bitter dark malt and sweet pale malt. On tap at Trailblazer Pizza in Grass Valley during a tap takeover.
