A: The beer is rather hazy yellow in color. It poured with delicate white lacing on the surface and a collar consisting of medium-sized bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lemon citrus are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of lemon and lime citrus along with some sourness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This gose isn't nearly as sour compared to others in the style but has a nice amount of citrusy aromas and flavors.
