This beer is brewed for brouwerij Servattumus at the 3Horne brewery. For some reason they do not have enough capacity to brew this one.
Appearance is good, a deep red, dark brown beer with a small, creamy head, sticking to the glass.
Smell is just your typical strong dark ale, caramel and malt with candisugar.
Taste is candisugar with caramel, slightly burned and some maltiness with some maltbitterness. Body is pretty thin, but the beer is sweet and sticky. There is not much character in the beer, it lacks yeast fruitness and depth. I don't see what makes this a Christmas beer.

Vulcano sky high! Lost almost half of the botlecontend just by opening it! What a mess, table, pants, floor soaked in this very sticky beer. Still a try for the rest. Nose is very sweet caramelic and malty. Taste is malty, sweet and balanced with alcohol and bitterness. Mouthfeel is quiet good to, fully flavoured but balanced and creamy. Drinkability is almost impossible cause you'll be cleaning your house continously and loose half of what you had by the vulcano it was creating.
