De brewer of 3 Horne is slowly learning the trade. When he first started his beers were ok but still with a distinct homebrew character. All kinds of flaws depending on the batch. Sometimes infections, sometimes lack of patience. But the last couple of years it's getting better is this beer. I had it many times and many different batches. I always was promising and now he's done it. The aroma is sweet and fruity. I admit you'll have to like that but I do. Mainly apricot is rising from the glass. The appearance is not that nice though. Even if you do your best and pour it as slowly as possible stop at the - you think - right moment there's still debris floating around the glass. What a pity because overall it doesn't look bad. It has a nice firm head leaving good lace. Flavors are nicely balanced. Not as sweet as expected from the aroma, fruity but not artificial - again apricot - and a soft bitterness. Average body, little warming, easy to drink.

Brewed 2-2004. Poors in with lots of floaties in this bronze beer and has a good lasting head. Nose is one of the worst ever experienced having a strong phenolic smell as there is also lots of DMS. No this one is hard to enjoy and only took litle sip but this is undrinkable IMO too. And a poorout after only one sip. Too bad as this brewery certainly can make good beer. This one made for cafe Zomerlust in Tilburg is not or at least the one I sampled was not.
