Though not a lambic I dunno where to cathagorise this one as fruit beer is not available anymore.
BB end 2007. No head and mahony/red wine looks with big floaties in it. Nose gives the blue forrestberries together with a "weinbrand" and ash like arome. Qiet enjoyable and certainly unexpected from a brew. Taste is also dark forrest fruity next to well dosed alcohollevel and spicyness used from 3 horne. Fruit certainly fermented and overall full but not sweet. Bit alcohlic aftertaste but only low dosed bitterness and overall good and harmonic mouthfeel. Enjoyable brew that goes down easily and still is something special.
