The bottle I tasted had a distinct sour taste, yuck. Guess I got a contaminated bottle -- or they should re-characterize this offering as a Lambic.

This beer has a lot of character. The malt grown at the farm here is showcased with this beer. It has a delicious toasty caramelized grain flavor that is balanced with a subtle bitter finish. Super balanced, very tasty!
