Pale golden, a little bit hazy with thick withe foam. Nose of cereals, lemon, stone fruits and honey. The taste offers a malty character without being too overwhelming. There are aromas of mild apples, cereals, sourdough bread and lemon. Not too carbonated. It's dry but I would have loved it more crisp and complex.

Bright straw color with moderately pearly activity. Slightly veiled with the yeast drop. Extra foamy and frothy white 3-4 finger head, lasting around 10-15 minutes, with average legs and swirl reaction. Flavors of sweet grains, lemon, light cabbage and corn, and floral hops. Slick medium body with prickly carbonation. Light strength finish, dominant cereal feel with some shy flowery and veggie hops. Good freshness, yet overly accessible and lacking complexity. No syrupy or adjunct feel so at least the ingredients are decent. Overall above average quality craft.
