When we joined forces with our pals from Astoria, Oregon (Fort George Brewery) to craft a West Coast IPA, we had an epiphany: "Let's also whip up something just for us." Behold the outcome! A smashing 5.1% English Brown ale that's an absolute delight. Thanks to California-grown Barley sourced from our local Malster, Admiral Malting, this brew strikes the perfect balance. It's full-bodied without drowning you in sweetness, boasting tantalizing hints of chocolate, toffee, and a touch of light roasted coffee. Best savored by the (Imperial) pint and ideally paired with good company. Cheers to enjoying this one with your friends!
