Beautiful maroon color, no crown.
The nose brings raspberries and a bit of fruit hard candies.
The taste brings a ton of raspberry and more of the candy element as well. Almost reminiscent of a sour blow pop.
Coats the mouth with a tartness that will make you pucker, but isn’t overwhelming. At least not for me. Very low carbonation, almost still. Almost could use more carbonation for some bounce, but overall it’s enjoyable.

500ml bottle. 2019 dated label. High sour, middle funk, higher fruit.
Reddish amber colored body. Off white fizzy head quickly disappears. No lacing. Final pour really made it a murky body.
Aroma has a lot of raspberry. Oak and vanilla add in.
Taste is sour. Sour raspberry dominates. Oak barrel and vanilla. Very low funk.
Medium mouth feel. Clean, crisp with a short after taste. Good carbonation.
There is some sweetness in the beer, and it balances well with the sour quality. Not a lot of complexity but does show some oak barrel influence. Raspberry is always a good flavor to experience.
I have not seen this brewery's beer in Minnesota before. I wonder how the beer got this far north. France 44 (source store) had three Ology brews available.

L - trace head atop an opaque maroon body.

S - raspberry, oak, vanilla, vinegar.

T - moderately tart raspberry jam. Red wine, oak, vanilla, vinegar, brown sugar, lime. Acid is prominent. No bitterness. Low sweetness. No booziness.

F - medium-light body with minimal carb. This beer is near-still.

O - under-carbed, but smells and tastes great.

Clear ruby red body with a frothy white ring. Smell and taste have the same flavors: tart and sweet raspberry, like a warhead candy, sour yeast, hints of biscuit malt that stays out of the way, and supporting watermelon and cherry. Both could be more vibrant, but do not lack potency. Sour, slightly acidic and sweet, it creates a feel that is both simultaneously mouth puckering and mouth watering. Perfect beer for the porch in July
