A: The beer is a little hazy light pale yellow in color and seems to have a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a narrow collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of passion fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of passionfruit with a little sourness and bits of saltiness.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied and a bit tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The aromas and flavors of passion fruit in this beer aren't overly strong but it is easy to drink and has some refreshing qualities.

Had on tap. Cloudy golden pour with no head. Smell and taste are the same: a whole lot of passionfruit, with slight lime, wheat, and lemon, not complex but enjoyable. Has sour pucker and slight acidity without being overwhelming. Feel could use a little more behind it besides the passionfruit sweetness and sour, but if looking for a lighter berliner with tons of one note flavor, look no further!
