Colored like hazy straw with a substantial head, it emits all those lovely citrus esters that made me fall in love with India pale ales. The flavor has the characteristically bitter flavor of a massive hop infusion, but it mellows at the tail end in a very pleasing way. Pretty much the definition of a balanced IPA. Ology brewing is producing great beers.
