Copenhagen 4/1 2021. 47,3 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Triangle made out of thin lines on white background on the can.
Pours slightly unclear with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet, malty odor mingling with citrus and exotic fruits. Peach and melon. Citrus and lime. Light metallic notes.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit harsh. Finish is dry.
I do not exactly feel galvanized but it's a decent IPA.
