Copenhagen 8/2 2021. 47,3 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Dark can with all sorts of berries.
Pours slightly unclear dark amber with a red hue. Small off-white, pinkish head. Bubbly. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer.
Aroma is fairly intense and dominated by a sweet fruity odor of berries. Light tart notes of unripe fruit. Sweet currants, raspberry, hints of sugar. Tart blackberries.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a strong sweet undertone. Only moderately salty. Finish is semi-dry.
Nicely balanced between berry sweetness and sourness.
