Rainbow Sherbert Berliner
Brewed for our brewer’s, Alex, second attempt at a wedding... Rainbow was a concept he wanted us to try our hand at so he could serve at the event. It tastes thoroughly like melted Sherbert. Lime, orange, and candy like all come together strong in this tart treat. Celebrate with Alex by grabbing cans and cheers-ing him virtually.

I expected a sweeter beer, not a sour, as nothing on the can indicated such, a little disappointed as I have never had a sour rainbow sherbert, also a pricey beer which might have been better merchandised on the can to better advertise the flavor.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy purplish with in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of limes are present in the nose along with notes of raspberries.
T: The taste follows the smell and has sour flavors of lime with hints of raspberries.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and tartt on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This sour both smells and tastes like raspberry sherbet and has a strong dose of sourness in the smell and taste from the limes.
Serving type: can
