Collaboration with Civil Society Brewing
Combining the knowledge base of two great Florida Hazy IPA creators ends in a beautiful product. Juicy, smooth, and full of incredible hoppy aromas. We ended up focusing on Motueka hops and backing them up with an all time favorite, Citra. Combined, we get strong lemon/lime, tangerine, pineapple, and passionfruit flavors.

Wow- is it possible a hazy IPA from Ology with help from Civil Society could be very mediocre??! Unfortunately yes- what a disappointment of muddled flavors, over juiced with no interesting nuance or balance. An in your face hazy- poor choice.. I’ve probably rated this one higher than we should have. Drank this alongside Civil’s Sandbar Party and Imperial Dankstar, which are both stellar. Maybe that was the mistake.
