Purchased as a 6oz draft pour from The Blue Door for $4. Poured into a half-pint glass.
L - Pours a clear & brilliant vermilion, with a minimal pale pink head. No discernible lacing.
S - Bright cherry, with faint raspberry. A bit tart on the nose.
T - Follows nose closely. Sweet, but not cloyingly so. Slight tartness on the finish, followed by a mellow cherry-lime.
F - Light-medium in body, with decent carbonation. Refreshing. Scarily easy-to-drink.
O - A refreshing, solid alcoholic cherry limeade - with a hint of raspberry. I feel like that's exactly what they were going for. Imagine going to Sonic and getting their cherry limeade, adding a pump of raspberry syrup, and adding a shot of mid-shelf vodka to it. That's basically what this is. Wish it had a bit more of a yeast/wheat note to it, but I'm definitely satisfied. Worth a try for sure, and I'll get it again if I manage to find the can.
