Poured a dark, copper-brown body that is seethru with a foamy, 2-finger head that stuck around for a while. Aroma has a leafy hoppiness that is underneath a smoky aroma that is meaty and almost like burnt bacon. Beer has a medium body, is a little herbal and hoppy, has a strong meatiness to it thanks to smokiness and is reminiscent of smoked pork butts (with possibly a dab of hot sauce).
