Copenhagen 22/1 2021. 47,3 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Giant raspberry made out of pixels on the can. The version I am drinking is called “Gose with Raspberry”.
Pours slightly unclear dark red with a small pink head. Very bubbly. Settles as thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with tart notes and a subtle salty touch. Sweet raspberry with hints of white sugar.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong sourness. Lingers for a bit. Finish is salty with a sour dry twist.
Well balanced with a fine salty tang. The flavoring gives a tremendous color and appropriate balance.
