Amerino Mario Rossi is an Italian craft beer made with 100% Italian ingredients. A pale golden ale, it leaves a sweet malty finish on the palate, giving way to a smooth, distinct bitterness. Its aroma is intoxicating, reminiscent of freshly cut grass, flowers, and citrus, with intense spicy notes from dry hopping. Amerino Mario Rossi is ideal as an aperitif, but it pairs well with any dish.

Look: A slightly hazy golden body is capped by a finger's width of white foam that dies down fairly readily but still leaves some decent lacing about the glass.
Smell: Sweetish grainy malt, grass, herbs, and flower. It's not super bright but it's right there to smell.
Taste: As is quite often the case the flavor follows the aroma. It's sweetish upfront but there's enough bitterness to it that once the malt fades in the finish the bitterness comes forth to dry it. It's on the sweeter side for a Pilsner but still nicely balanced.
Feel: Medium bodied and gently crisp.
Overall: A very easy to drink and enjoyable Pilsner that left me wanting more.
