This DIPA is built on a grist of extra pale, wheat, and oats. Fermented w/ our house strain and dry-hopped at 22g/L w/ Simcoe, Citra, and Strata.

440ml can from Dolans Centra, Enniskillen (£5.29):
Very hazy, light golden with a foamy white head about 2.5cm tall with a few bubbles on top. Pine hops & mango open the nose, lots of citrus & overripe fruits with a background sweetness too. It's fresh & lively, perhaps not the strongest but the taste is balanced with a good mix of mango & pineapple/peach flavours. It's light-medium with a smooth, dry feel that's slightly resinous later on.
