Brown 500ml bottle, best before 31 Aug 2010, drank 20 Aug 2010, poured into a straight pint sleeve glass. This bottle conditioned beer was a lovely chestnut brown/red, a huge tan coloured head of foaming bubbles sat above the body.
The aroma was a mix of spicey hops (American Cascade) and roasted/toasted malts.
The taste is again a mix of hops (Target) and malts (Pale, Crystal and Roasted). Easy to drink and enjoyable.
My third beer from Frog Island, seems a nice little brewery.
