A Centennial and Mosaic forward Double IPA with a sturdy enough malt backbone for balance within the style.
Malts: Simpsons Golden Promise, Munich, Oats, Honey.
Hops: Warrior, Centennial, Mosaic, Cascade.
Yeast: British Ale.

Pours slight hazed golden color with a white head. Tropical and citrus smells. Taste was floral with citrus notes and sweet malts in the finish. Sweet and hoppy IPA leaning towards the WC Style.
