Our batch #9 Porter infused with raspberries. Raspberries are prominent up front with dark chocolate and coffee in the finish.
Malts: Crisp Maris Otter, Munich, Oats, Pale Chocolate, Caramel 60, Chocolate, Victory.
Hops: Warrior.
Yeast: American Ale.

Pours a dark mahogany color with a tan head. Smell had raspberries ,cocoa, and a dark chocolate. Taste was raspberry and dark chocolate, some coffee and roasted malts in finish. Mouth feel was thin with roasted malt and chocolate.
