L: brilliant gold permeated by streams of rapidly rising bubbles under a 3" frothy white cap with poor retention
S: has a nice spicy, floral smell matched with saison yeast, fruit, pear, citrus, white wine, green grape, and very faint phenols hinting at smoke
T: very well developed, mildly sweet, complex and layered fruit flavors of fruit skin, grape, pear, citrus, white wine, and tropical fruit.
F: The body is medium light and the carbonation is soft and medium - it could use a little more
O: This very pleasant beer has a wine-like character.
